I have been buying the wicked ball for my 4 year old Shi tzu . She is so addicted to it . We have to give her the ball so she’ll eat . So she gets it for about 30 minutes at lunch and she’ll place the ball by her food bowl and she watches it while she eats . If it moves more than 10 inches away she will grab it and set it back by her food bowl and continue eating . She gets to play with it in the evening longer for about 1-2 hours . She loves to put it under a blanket or in her bed then root under the blanket to find it and try to flip it off . She’s very entertaining while she’s playing with her ball . She has been playing with this ball every day for about 3 years or more . When she gets tired she will sit and push it to me with her nose and then I roll it back to her we do this for about 5 minutes then she takes off playing with it again . Customer service is great ! Quick responses and issue is taking care of right away . They have replaced the inner piece because of battery issues . It’s not junk , my dog just wears it out by playing every day with it .

I ordered the Wicked Ball W1 for my pup. She loved it for a bit then would lose interest after about 10 minutes. She finally got to where she was destroying the shell. I went on the website to order another shell and couldn’t get it to ship to me. I wrote to the company and due to some unforeseen issues they had suspended shipping from their international supplier. They offered to ship me a Wicked Ball Air as a substitute. I said yes, although wasn’t sure how I would feel about my pup getting another and maybe not being entertained. BOY! WAS I MISTAKEN! She loves this new ball. Now given you need to crank it closed pretty tight so it doesn’t unscrew, but she is fanatical about it. She plays so long with it I have to take it away so she can recuperate. lol I just want to thank the team at Cheerble for making it right when I couldn’t replace the shell on my other Wicked Ball. I guess if your pet doesn’t happen to like the one you get then maybe it’s just not the right one to get them interactive and interested. Thanks so much Cheerble! I am 1 happy pup parent. 😊

I have ordered a few things from Cheerble and have been happy with the quality of their products. My cat really enjoys the toys, and the water fountain too. Recently I emailed them with an enquiry and Elaine was quick to respond and very helpful. Dispatch and delivery has been very good too.

I purchesed the Wickedbone smart bone for my rottweiller, he absolutely loves it and can play until he is worn out. one of the best toys i have got for him. i needed to ask Cheerble something and the response was quick and helpful.

I tried to order a ball. Neither PayPal or Visa worked. I asked for help and was ignored. Customer service non-existent. However a combination of a public holiday and a system glitch meant that I was a bit over-reactive. 07/4/2025 I found that they had a link with Amazon and ordered on from Amazon with a simple instructions. 09/4/2025 And now I have the Wicked ball the dog LOVES it. It does all it says it does, this is a fantastic toy. The service I have received from the team at Cheerble been amazing. I would score them 10 out of 5 if I could! I@

My Aussie was not interested in any toys i bought (she is a 3yr old rescue)so i thought i would try the wicked ball and wicked bone she loves them both especially the wicked bone unfortunately she was able to get one end loose and chewed the end making it not function correctly i contacted support (Elaine ) and received a response within 24 hrs and was told they would be sending me a replacement free of charge! If all businesses had this same model of customer service it would definitely make shopping less stressful and enjoyable. Thank You Elaine (and Cheerble). Marty Otterness

I bought the Wicked ball and my dogs love it. They take it from each other all the time. My puppy is a chewer and so far has managed to not destroy the outer cover. I bought the Wickedbone and they are more mesmerized by it and it is fun to watch them chase it. So far great products but I do recommend supervising. My puppy has managed to unscrew the ball and the Wickedbone has replacement ends for a reason. Quality and service have been great from Cheerble. I will probably get another Wickedball so each dog can have their own.
