Takes to long for a simple background check.

The website DOES NOT allow access to file a dispute! I have tried to access it for two solid weeks to no avail. I’ll bet that the FTC will frown upon this as this is a CONSUMER reporting agency! When I spoke with a live person, they put me BACK to the darn website! NO HELP!

Checkr has me getting rear ended on my driving record, and me getting hit at work on my record! Luckily papa John's had a real person review my application! It has prevented me from getting multiple jobs!

This is the worst background company I have ever worked with as an individual getting a background check. There is no live support. All you get is AI agent and they will not let you speak to a person. There are a health center is nothing but muck. It doesn’t answer any questions. All it does is direct you to common questions. You may need to know I would not recommend anyone use this product or this service provider. They don’t even have a live corporate number to reach Sales.

Been stonewalled for months now, and my work is being disrupted as a result. I had my report binned without explanation - my passport image I believe was fine. I filed a ticket asking about this, and got an email asking to send a picture of my passport (that I believe had already been uploaded). That ticket was then itself closed before I could respond. I went to file my third application, and it took about five attempts and I nearly punched a wall in frustration. The ticket page was broken on mobile. I had to type out the description field about five times in total. The image upload option took two tries because I didn’t know I had to fully zoom out before uploading the image, the date of birth selector was tediously slow when I could’ve just typed the date, and changing the ticket category deletes the description field. I also had browser issues. When I’m on attempt #5 of the third attempt to get verified, despite having a fully valid passport that clearly resembles me, it’s hard to keep calm.

I wasn't able to directly speak with a live person to resolve my concerns and issues quickly.
