Checkr continually lies on my background report. There was an incident that was expunged. They missed the expungement five years ago and they got it fixed. Now five years later exactly the same thing. They missed my expungement. I even attempted many times to let them know this was expunged but they ignore me. Checkr is pure evil and messes with innocent lives

I have NEVER had an issue with a background check. I decided to get a motorcycle permit recently because I wanted to take up a hobby. Checkr, unfortunately, does not know the difference between a Motorcycle Permit and a Car License. A company I do contract work for redid background checks and I failed because Checkr is inaccuratly telling them I am not allowed to have passengers in my CAR. I was forced to take 15 days off while they reviewed this information. 15 Days without pay. Now I am out of a job altogether, and fail every other jobs background check because they blindly trust this scam website. They are ruining innocent people's lives, and SHOULD be sued.

CROOKED AS CROOKED COMES. Cost thousands of innocent people jobs for no reason. Sometimes you could be working and they’ll find something random for you to be fired about.

I would give Checkr a zero star rating, but unfortunately this site would allow only a one star minimum. Checkr screwed up my background check for Door Dash. They said I had a felony on my record, but they confused me with someone else that has my same name, and born in the same year. If they actually used my birthdate, current and previous addresses, and SSN, they would have determined I was not that individual. Thank you Checkr for costing me a job. Your company is terrible.

Worst experience ever! I still have not been able to start the job I want, and I have been trying for 7 months now, I probably still have a few more months to go honestly. The worst part is that there is ZERO constomer support, the phone line is only automated voice, and submitting requests for help takes a few days and even then the reply is of no help. Even worse is that if your report is still suspended, they don't even tell you or ask for more information, you have to check its progress and then contact them so that you can give them the needed information. All of this and I have a 100% clean record, this should not be so difficult for them. If there is an issue, they should be the ones resolving it, not us.

My background check is pending for 40 days now, you can't call them, they don't respond to your help requests. I can't work because this company can't complete my background check .

After personally having to account for THOUSANDS of Uber vehicles and drivers this so-called background check service allows to operate with DUIs, assault records and NO INSURANCE on their vehicles, I would have to say I am not impressed or entertained in the least. THOUSANDS of sexual assaults happen month to month because this company allows Uber to say they have a "background check" while in fact they do nothing at all so Uber can shift the liability onto their customers and the general public.
