Absolutely Terrible Service. Just like my fellow Americans looking for work, Chekr has screwed over the people. No answering calls, not replying to emails. A company scam, that is ruining Uber Eats & Doordash reputations. Yes, both company's use this scam site to run background checks. After supplying legit info, they seem to have screwed that up at a basic level. Shame on Checkr. Doordash & Uber, hopefully will change partner companies soon.

Worst background check company I have ever worked with. I've been in multiple tickets over many weeks and have never received a response to a single ticket. There is no way to speak to anyone. It's ridiculous that this place is still in business and we are trusting them to provide reputable background checks.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Stay away from the company. I have been calling for the last 23 days and still not able to get a answer. I’ve left messages and sent emails and no answer. Their background check report is not accurate and working with this coming will for sure stress you.

Terrible, non-existent customer service. Called several times during working hours and they say they are closed. Emailed several times and no one ever responds. They can't deliver background checks in a timely manner. They have 100s of BBB complaints and countless filings against them at the Federal level and even lost a class action lawsuit. Not sure how they can be in business, AVOID!!

Still waiting on a background check from November of last year! In that time I was able to get a background check for a gun thst took only 15 minutes and another job did a background check in 10 minutes. So why is it taking these derelicts almost FOUR MONTHS!

After working w/Uber steady for 2 years without incident, these fools come along and allegedly find something that makes me ineligible to work on the platform. I'm an essential worker and these clowns screwed me.

I have been waiting almost a month now for an inaccuracy to be fixed in my report I have made 6 calls and sent numerous emails. The ineptitude of this company is appalling. I strongly urge companies to rethink using Checkr as you may loose out on quality employees due to their incompetence.
