This company is the worst. Checkr has a phone number which doesn’t even lead to a live person. They fail to fix errors on record. Just shady people operating a business at your expense.

This company is dishonest and has zero credibility. If you need to know why just imagine being turned down for a job because you were reported for something you didn't do. Also I never lived in Kentucky but apparently they report to employers that I did. Please shut these guys down.

This company should be shut down and fined by the government. They are allowed to give background information which is false and outdated. Then when you file a dispute it takes 30 days for them to do nothing and send the same report. They also have me living in a state which I've never lived in or been to. No idea how they gather information but they break laws and get away with it. Filing a complaint with my attorney General's office and possibly a lawsuit too. Sad I have to spend my time and money going after this terrible business.

This company is the most irresponsible background checkers. There’s no customer service no human to talk to to fix mistakes done by them. No one responds to your email. I don’t know why the employer’s are working with a company with no conscience.

I wanted to become a DoorDash driver and after waiting a month for an opening finally got a text saying I can become one. Went through the process really quickly and it went fine until I got to the background check. For some reason my social security number is wrong? I tried multiple times to get into contact with Checkr but failed, and I missed the 7 day window which cancelled my background check causing me to lose the job. They have a horrible support, horrible lay out, their guides do nothing, and their system is glitched.

Been waiting over a month waiting on my dispute for my mvr record my license is valid I think this company is a scam. They don’t reply back to emails or phone calls

I have never experienced that in my life, I don t usually write bad reviews for companies, but this one is unbelievably, A company used them to do my background, they came up with my license not update, everything in my license is clear and up to date, I messaged them, with pictures of my license, they sent me a ticket number, it has been more than a month, nobody reaches out to me. right now I am trying to call them, nobody picks up. I don t know why someone, or an employer would use a company like that

Zero customer service and I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have never had any tickets or issues with my Drivers License, however this company reported that I have a DL in the state that I don't live in, well yes, I am military. If I had to change my License every time I moved, that's all I would being doing every few years. Would like to explain this to the Company, but they don't answer phones or emails.
