CheckrReviews of checkr.com

I have been trying to work for a delivery app for months now, it first started when I applied for Doordash I had an expired license at the time but my background check was completed, since then I have had a valid license and been applying to other companies and my background check is instantly suspended everytime, I have nothing on my record and I am trying to make money but this background check is terrible. No reasoning or explanation for anything. They make alot of money but have no employees? Kind of weird.

Chekr is pulling background pass the 7 year mark which is illegal and I had stuff on my background check from 2011 and 2004 and this was 09/2021

Worst ever. My background check has been suspended 6 times. No one to talk to. The BOT sucks, gives me a message to login to the portal. There are no follow ups. I have submitted my personal info and now I’m wondering if this is a legit company. They should be removed.

Worst I've ever seen. They don't even have a phone number to talk to a human being. They ACTUALLY try their best to avoid that. They should be taken out of business.

If I have 0, or negative, I will give negative rating. First, it takes me more than a year, the process is still PENDING. Secondly, when I contacted them once again and again, it is still PENDING. Finally, they sent me a link to sign for a consent, I see ANOTHER user name on MY consent. I have no ideas how Checkr keep information in file. But I believe they shared and messed up accounts and use's information.

If I could not rate this company at all I would. I have been waiting 6 days for my background check to be finished. I have provided my SSN as well as the car and they refuse to accept it directly from me. Uber is refusing to help me as well and I will be contacting HR and filing a report against multiple members in each company.

I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting these jobs where the interviews went great. Now I know. CHECKR INC background check DOESN'T research with your county clerk, driver's license dept, & TransUnion. They reported my driver's license was 1st issued in 1999. FASLE. I received my driver's license when I was 16yrs old(1988). They also reported that I had public records on my TransUnion consumer report (disclosure: they DON'T see your credit report & it states that on their website). I pulled my TransUnion the exact same day they did. 0 public records reported. I took a picture of that statement from my TransUnion & emailed they customer service. NO RESPONSE. They also reported I had a DUI in my driving record. WRONG AGAIN!!!! NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF MY EMAILS.

Horrible lack of service. Chat bots. No human. No one to contact about issues. They keep saying 2-3 days. It’s been over a month. They have zero regard for people needing their background checks to earn their living. I’m disgusted by their lack of regard for their clients.
