The worst service I've ever received!

this company is useless, been trying to get a job in Ubereats and Doordash and they're just incompetent someone should tell Ubereats and DoorDash to change their BG check company because Checkr is useless. Checkr claimed that they couldn't trace my name to my SSN, twice so I went to the SSA offices, to see if they some discrepancies, nope they told me that it was Checkr that was useless. please don't trust this company, don't deal with it, and don't even look at its general direction

The fee they advertise and dangle in your face was reasonable. Got my invoice and they added a $90+ fee to my invoice (on top of the standard background fee). It was a NY state fee. I'm in Florida... Needless to say, they are a joke and told them I guess I'm forced to pay this fee but definitely bait and switch. You are warned.

Ive been waiting over 3 weeks for my ground check to be completed they estimated it to be completed on the 11th its now the 31st and no one will help me or look into why its so late ive never waited this long for any background check to be completed. They are rude,lazy and not helpfull at all

I NEVER EVER used checkR, they some how got my information and social and ran a background check on me and gave false info to Uber. I NEVER authorized this. How do I sue this company? Someone please help. They accused me of something that got dismissed in court. Please someone help me, CheckR should shutdown!

They are horrible! They got me deactivated for something I was a victim of two years before I was hired. The ruined my income. For a minor issue I was the victim. They are horrendous. I also worked for this job for over three years! Perfect numbers

This company is nothing but a liar and a fraud. They reported to it agency that I was trying to get a job to nothing but lies and I did not get the job I will be suing this company when I called them to try to get them to get the facts straight they said that that's what they got well they didn't get it from the right source. All they had to do is go to the Texas DPS and they would have got the accurate information I don't know where they pulled this b******* out of the air from.
