I have been a Uber/Lyft driver for more than 6 years. I never had a criminal record and my license is clean. A few months ago someone stole my identity and checkrs did a a background check. Wasn't able to work for months. Beat the A.D.A and proved my innocences in court. But checkrs is still reporting this false case on my background check. They do not pick up the phone or reply to the court documents that I uploaded to their portal. Get ready for a lawsuit checkr!

They Are IMPOSSIBLE To Contact By Telephone, 1st Call I was on HOLD for 16min20sec Until I Opted For Their "Call Back" Feature BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM A PERSON- Did get an Automated Call Back telling they couldn't Get To My Called Back AGAIN Because it was Still BUSINESS HOURS - Again, ON HOLD FOR 58min56sec. Again, Hit 9 and left my number that was at 4pm. I JUST RECIVED AN AUTOMATED CALL BACK THAT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO CALL ME BACK, TRY AGAIN!! TO WHAT END???

It's awesome that this garbage third party background checker can prevent you from working. They created a falsified background check with completely inaccurate information and now I can't drive for uber. I'll get the class action set up.

Have applied with 3 different companies within the last 2 weeks. All are using Checkr for background checks. I have not been able to get through the checkr system to finish! It gets to the end of a page and just stops! If a company is going to perform a background check on you, you better hope it's not Checkr or you will never get cleared.

ALERT THIEF THIEF STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY CHECKR. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. CHARGING 95$ EXTRA DOLLARS AS SO CALLED STATES FEES THAT WERE NOT MENTIONED I. THEIR LISTING FEES. ALSO THE STATES CHARGES 23$ FOR CRIMINAL RECORD FEES NOT 95$. SHAME ON YOU!

Just like the other reviews that you have read- I have tried calling 3x on hold for more than an hour each time waiting for someone to pick up and they never do. Been waiting for 7 business days and its still pending. Will be making a formal report with the BBB and the attorney general as I believe that this company is not truly doing their due diligence. Shocking to me how such a global company like Uber and Lyft use this company for background checks. MY 12 yr old could do a better job.

The worst company ever 🤮🤮🤮.
