Ghost company for Uber and Lyft. No employees. No phone support. No email. Zero way to contact company. Can't update info. Can't upload info. The morons who work there are from other countries that can't comprehend the information on a driver's license. Fake company designed to take money from Uber and Lyft and stick it up the driver's poop shoot. FN trash company with trash people running it. Sincerely hope you guys go down.

I got my criminal background check faster than they did, it cost me $10 but it didnt take me 37 days and counting. Can we just admit robots dont work and that after 7 days you should expedite these cases with actual human beings? How about calling the courthouse, thanks Checkr....

Waiting for over 4 months for a background check done one me! Took them only a day for DoorDash but months and months for Uber and Lyft! Take a crap load of emails to get a response of them lying saying it’s the court house and or any government office fault for taking their time. Lies. Took them only a 1 day for DoorDash. Why Uber and Lyft use them?! They are horrible! I did call their customer service was on hold for way over an hour. When I use the option for a call back, THEY NEVER CALL BACK! This company is a freaking SCAM!

I've done 4 other background checks in the past year. None of them were anywhere near as complicated as checkr and they passed immediately. It's been a couple of days and I'm still waiting on checkr to validate some basic info. Worst background validation service ever.

Asks for far too much documentation than what is necessary(pay stubs at beginning and end of jobs more than 3 years ago) and will not complete background check until sent. I provided as much documentation as I could and still have not had a complete background check as of yet. I am sure sometimes depending on the background check you can get a favorable result with this company as I did with one role that I landed not too long ago. Now that I landed another job the type of background check I am being subjected to is far too rigorous.
