I attempted to upload a resume 2 different times and it failed both times - I have also attempted to view my background check on a previous employer inquiry and have yet to be able to see it. Not sure if the site is not user friendly or if I misunderstood or misread the instructions - but I have been frustrated with trying to view my reports more than once.

That makes sense. You’re essentially saying the site creates duplicate work because the information already exists on your résumé and could be automatically parsed/populated instead of forcing users to manually re-enter it. The webpage could be made more user-friendly by improving the résumé upload process. My résumé already contained the information being requested, yet I was still required to manually re-enter the same details into multiple fields. Implementing a system that automatically extracts and populates information from uploaded résumés—such as work history, skills, certifications, education, and contact information—would create a more efficient and user-friendly experience. This would reduce repetitive data entry, save applicants time, and streamline the application process overall. If you want it a little more direct/firm: The application process feels unnecessarily repetitive. The information being requested was already included in my uploaded résumé, but I still had to manually type the same details again. Adding automation that can accurately pull and populate information directly from uploaded résumés would greatly improve the user experience, reduce duplicate work, and make the application process more efficient.

What I didn't like is that it took so long for y'all to recheck my background check from about 4 or 5 years ago

i need a job , i have waited very very along time for my background check from you , i have payed $65 for you and nobody care about my case too ! 😢 ... Update : 04/17/2026 Thank you to Check for completing my background check so quickly after I raised my complaint.
