They asked for my SSN versus my drivers license number for assistant coach of my grandson’s team. I’m certainly not comfortable putting that out there on the web on a message which was AI driven on their initial email and follow up responses. All I can say is looking over other reviews I certainly made the right decision not providing this confidential information.

Don — you’re right to be cautious here. Being asked to provide your Social Security number (instead of a driver’s license number) for a volunteer assistant coach role on your grandson’s team would make a lot of people uncomfortable, especially when the request and follow-ups felt AI-driven rather than clearly coming from a person who could answer questions. I also understand why seeing other reviews influenced your decision to not share sensitive information online—when you’re not confident about how a request is being handled, it’s hard to know what’s legitimate and what’s safe. I want to look into this personally. I’m going to send you a private message through Trustpilot to get the details I need so I can follow up with you directly. Damien Checkr Support
