I haven't been able to drive for Lyft…
I haven't been able to drive for Lyft all year because these idiots told them to put my account on hold for an invalid license. Only my CDL is invalid because I don't drive trucks, my personal license is valid with no restrictions! I guess these idiots think im picking up people at the airport for Lyft in an 18 wheeler!!!! Getting ahold of somebody from customer service that you can actually understand what they are saying is harder than pulling teeth!!!!

They listed states I've never visited let alone lived...
Their check was totally inaccurate and listed several states I've never visited, let alone lived and when I tried to get a refund, they used AI to respond. They kept saying they weren't responsible for employer hiring practices when I was talking about their processes. Contacted an attorney.

The estimated they keep changing for remote background check is going to be completed it's taking longer and longer it was only supposed to take three days he's been 10 now and I still have four more days to wait you guys said

Im out of work because I have a paper temporary ID and I had been working the last 2 years. You should be able to verify someone's identity in this situation

YOUR NEW PROCESS IS STUPID
Why is it impossible for me to run a background check? Did the system change? I have been using this services for years thru Goodhire for our company. Now we have to verify ourselves to get a check. Why! I have been verified thats why I have this JOB! Stupid system! I literally have a few hours to get this done to hire somone. Why would you change it for someone who has been with your company.
