If Citi Bank is not releasing your funds, please contact them directly as this is not within our control anymore. We have processed the payment as we were instructed and have even verified it with your bank. You have been sent 378 payments through Checkbook over the past 3+ years, and unfortunately your email address bounces back emails that are sent on a consistent basis. We have asked you to please ask your payment sender to use an alternative email address with a more consistent domain that will not encounter these rejections. Checkbook sends hundreds of thousands of emails each month and we do not have a user that has the same level of undeliverability as we do with your email. A new, updated email address will go far for your payment receiving experience. Hello Brent, You submitted a limit increase request to Checkbook on 2/3/2025 at 3:37 pm pst. We contacted you on 2/4/2025 at 6:34 am pst informing you why we were unable to verify your account and what was needed in order to be able to verify your business and approve your limit increase request. We communicated with you until 2/10/2025 where you ultimately did not respond back to Checkbook. On 2/18/2025 you made the needed adjustments and contacted Checkbook at 7:33 am pst asking for a review. At 10:16 am pst this review was created. We did provide details on what was needed for your account to be verified. You accomplished this today on 2/18/2025, notified Checkbook, and we subsequently approved your limit increase request. We understand the frustration with not having access to your account, but ultimately this process is done for yours and Checkbook's protection. Hi Mia, Thank you for your feedback. The default sending limit is $2,000 / day. If you wish to increase these limits, you are able to do so through the dashboard by submitting a request there with the amounts that you need for your business. Hello, The United States of America Inc. sent Mr. Richter two checks through Checkbook. Mr. Richter deposited his checks into his bank account and he reported that his bank initially did not accept the checks. Mr. Richter then endorsed the checks to his girlfriend and reattempted to mobile deposit them. Mr. Richter’s bank then put a freeze on his bank account and communicated to him they were closing his account and would be sending him a cashier’s check for the funds in his account. Checkbook does not know what other activity has occurred on Mr. Richter’s bank account that would cause his bank to be suspicious of his account. Mr. Richter initially contacted Checkbook on January 21, 2025 at 3:38 pm pst and Checkbook’s initial response was on January 22, 2025 at 10:53 am. We have been in communication with Mr. Richter since then. Checkbook has also called Mr. Richter’s bank at his request and verified the checks which allowed Mr. Richter to proceed with possibly reinstating his account. The claims from Mr. Richter that Checkbook has not communicated with him are untrue. At this time these two checks have successfully settled and Mr. Richter’s bank has the funds which they will release to him as they proceed with the verification process. I have personally emailed with Mr. Richter to discuss this situation and resolution.
