Please be aware - IF you purchase their cheapest ticket, it does not allow for a carry-on (you cannot even add it later at the airport) - limit is 3 lbs on your person (never have heard of this). You will not have a confirmed ticket. They will instruct you to go to the airport 4-6 hours early and let them know you are there, and the airline will take it from there(I am assuming you are on standby - but I could be wrong, they won't fully explain this). IF you want a confirmed ticket that has a carry-on option, they will charge you the price of the ticket (that you can find yourself) plus at least $150 fee for taking over 2 hours of your day to make the plane ticket you could have made yourself in 10 minutes or less. If you tell them you found it cheaper, they will persistently tell you that you are looking at an expired webpage and that if you continue with that purchase, your ticket will be cancelled within the next day or two, as the airline webpage has expired. They continually told me to close the page and try again, as if they wanted the ticket at that price to disappear, and claim they still had the cheapest, as he kept telling me he could see all the inventory on his end. (I have never in all my life of traveling had this happen to me or anyone I know who travels for work multiple times a week) They will not ever give you straight numbers. I had to keep asking what the TOTAL cost and they would always give it in broken amounts to throw you, or so it seemed. They then offered me to fly out of different airports - some even 6 hours away from where we needed to land and offer flights with stops even when you want non-stop in an attemp to to get you to purchase the ticket - and no matter the DISCOUNT they offer you, they will always charge you at least $150 to do all of this for you. They will then tell you that you agreeed to all of this in the ToS and it NO WHERE actually tells you this - (my fault for not reading the pages of ToS that no one ever does - I will own this part and just want others to know) and that you can't get a chargeback as they have it written in that ToS that you cannot get a refund for any reason. They are very subversive about their practices. Please save your money, as once you make a purchase, ZERO of it is refundable. It is a bait and switch for the cheapest flight. Once I ended up with the ticket as I had already lost out on the cheaper flight -.- they transferred me to someone that told me I needed to do this review while on the phone with them and they needed to make sure I did that - Odd considering my experience and who tries to "hold you hostage" to force a review - I hung up as I had already been dealing wth this for over 2 hours. MAYBE my experience is unique, but it was very much worth mentioning to be aware of!
