Today, I contacted Sara to purchase a one-way ticket from Austin to Vancouver, and I would like to sincerely thank her for her exceptional help. Sara was extremely patient and went above and beyond to find me the lowest possible fare. I had been searching for the past ten days and had not found a price as good as the one she found for me. I also had trouble completing the payment because I wasn’t receiving the security code by text. Sara stayed on the phone with me, held the ticket while I resolved the issue, and even called me back after the call was disconnected. Thanks to her patience and dedication, I was able to successfully purchase my ticket. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized.
