"David" was amazingly thoroughout in researching my options. He even compared a flight cost to my driving cost and got me the best options on flights. He constantly updated me and enouraged me that we could get this change in itinerary done - ad He DID! He is a very competent and likeable agent.

i spoke with sarah rivera and she was very helpful in addressing concerns i wasn't even going to bring up because i didn't want to be a nuisance. She also helped with my seating because i'm disabled and have trouble walking.

Everything explained well. Sarah was very patient and understandable.
