Neal was so very helpful with details…
Neal was so very helpful with details and information that I was not aware of. I appreciated his thorough explanation of specific seating and help with placing me in a seat on 1 of my flights that didn’t have a first class available however assuring me of comfort and satisfaction just 1 section behind. I am looking forward to my First Class experience in December ❣️ Thank You Again Neal for being so helpful in every way possible.
