Neal Jones Review I want to thank Neal Jones for his exhaustive efforts in obtaining a refund for us after the loss of our friend. We had booked our flight to Maine in August of 2025 for travel on September 24, 2025 and then the unbelievable happened. Susan passed away unexpectedly on September 15, 2025. Neal was very compassionate and helpful in obtaining a refund for Susan's ticket as well as her husband, John. The process took over 2 months, but Neal stayed in constant communication with us and with the airlines to achieve the allowable refund to John. I want to thank Neal Jones for his time and his sympathy to our situation. He is to be commended for his professionalism and tenacity.
