It was successful and a good price. It did take much longer than a typical reservation.

I'd like to be honest, but I'm not very happy about my encounter with Neal Jones when I requested for a change in my return flight. His voice shows irritation when I asked him questions regarding the additional fees, and why he has to change my departure date when I only requested a change of my return flight one day early.

I was told the price shown on the original computer screen and for which I originally booked was no longer available so I had to pay about $143 (for 2 tickets) more for the actual tickets, So somewhat misleading. However Logan called me and explained everything and saw me through the full booking process

I was able to resolve the problem. I was a bit sad that I did not get the amount I selected first but I truly appreciate Kayla Johnson for her help in explaining how things work. I waited a bit long on the phone but it was alright.

Nobody ever gets 5 stars because that's perfection, but Logan came close. He was so thorough and customer-service focused. He worked diligently to get the flights I needed at a price that worked. Thank you, Logan!

I was very disappointed when I got a call back from the company stating that the reason why my ticket didn’t go through, I was very confused and upset because I can remember having 11 minutes before my time expired to purchase a ticket and it just kept saying it was in progress which I started at 10:10am and had to 10:26am my price was $197 and I had to spend $265.17 and it took them 2/12 hours to call me back. Spoke with customer service Mr. Andrew Hall and I did state my complaint which I still ended up getting the higher ticket he was very nice to me and I had called the company (5) times. Great customer service and kudos to him.

Primarily, customer service is so great when I approached them to enquire about international flight. The sales agent Mr. Neal has great experience and he made me very comfortable by explaining price, flight details, visa requirements, luggage allowances, etc. and the details with itinerary was sent to me and he was reachable when I had questions about the itinerary. Overall the user experience was great and excellent.
