Warning: I tried booking a flight on cheapskydeal.com. After entering my travel dates and payment info, the system showed an incorrect return date. When I called for help, they admitted it was a “human mistake” and began manipulating me. They also tried to add extra charges and demanded $200 to cancel the booking. My wife witnessed the whole incident. Be careful—this site is misleading and not transparent.

I booked a flight twice and had to call customer service bc I didn't get a confirmation. Both times I was told that flight was no longer available [so why was it on the list] but they could change it for more money. I went on all the other sites including the airline that I booked with them to fly on and the flight was still there. I felt it was a scam for money because the fare to change was $200 more than what others were charging for the same flight. Thankfully they cancelled it without any cost. And, if it was cancellable then there had to be an existing res, I think but I could be wrong ;) however I did book the same flight on a different site, so clearly the flight was not sold out.

I am trying to buy a ticket, the circle goes round and round and nothing happened. I called the customer support number and ... after a long hold, the call was disconnected. This was at about 10:18 in the morning. This is not a cool way to buy tickets. After a number of attempts, the company called me back. The reason why the sale didn't go through? The ticket price ask of a sudden increased by a whopping 25%. I moved on to a dependable and trustworthy company.

Customer service is awful, manipulated the customer and said the flight was 320 dollars cheaper and when i called them to confirm they said that was the best deal possible and there is no such a deal and after trying to cancel they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee even after cancelling less than 8 hours after booking, think twice before booking!
