CheapskydealReviews of cheapskydeal.com

Today, I spoke to three people and out of those three, Logan was superior! His voice was clear and calming! That was of great help to me because I was making plans for others and not sure of what to do or what would be the best option for my situation! He was very helpful, patient and professional. I look forward to working with Logan Carter again in the very near future! He deserves a reward! What a Gem! I even appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with your company in comparison to other big companies. Having your phone number conveniently listed was genius!

I had to call customer service to complete my reservation. Call was answered on first ring! Representative Logan Carter was courteous, professional, and CALLED ME BACK to correct a mistake I had made! Wow! I travel a lot and Cheapskydeal is now my preferred travel partner. Many thanks! Great service. Friendly & knowledgeable.

This is my first time booking a flight on line. I'm elderly and was worried I wouldn't get it right. My experience made me feel younger because I did it myself. The whole procedure is very well thought out and so easy. After picking my flight and completing the questions I had a call from a great reservation expert. Sophia Bell was her name> She was so polite, professional, easy to understand. I listened carefully as she gave me all the details and answered every question going through my mind. When she finished she asked if I had any questions and I had none that she had not already answered. I felt very lucky to get that kind of customer service. Going forward I am very confident that my whole trip is going to be a wonderful experience. Cheap sky deal is the real deal! Thank you so much.

Two people, one reservation and a wonderful result. Sophia and Andrew proved that professional agents can provide service beyond normal. They went back to the airlines twice to get reservation that were when I wanted. My traveling will be much better especially for my 75 year old constitution.

Great customer service and answered all our questions kindly and professional.

Sophia was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient with my questions. I would work with her again as well as recommend her, as your employee.

Andrew Hall exceeded my expectations by his professionalism. He clearly explained different scenarios, leaving the decision in my hands. More companies need people like Andrew Hall.
