This agent called and walked me through my issues and helped me confirmed my flight. Thanks

I was very skeptical, at first, but Andrew Hall changed my mind with his patience, reassurance and outlining of our reservation. You never know when someone is trying to scam you but Andrew reassured us that this transaction was legit.

The agent, Andrew Hall, was very clear and helpful. He also was very polite and took care of my problem.
