Sophia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful

It was a pleasure working with Sophia Bell to book my flight ticket, and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional. She was so patient from start to finish.

Sophia Bell was very helpfull in booking our Flights

Sophia was very helpful.. I did 4 instead of 5 because booking took a long time. I called the number for customer service and then found out entire order didn't go through because that price was no longer available. This was indeed disappointing. When I looked at seat picking there were MANY seats available,

Very good customer service, Sofia did a very good job guiding me through buying the ticket.

sophia worked hard to get this done

I was happy they call me as soon as they saw there was a problem. Customer support person (Neal Smith)was very helpful

Saphia was very helpful and patient.
