I tried to book a flight to Europe and while waiting for the transaction to go through, I received a call from Customer Service, stating that the flights / dates I've selected were no longer available for that price, that the price had gone up and that even with flexible dates, I could only book the same flight for a higher price. Very disappointing.

The lady that help me lied. She said that I would get free luggage and wouldn't have to pay for luggage. That was the first thing they asked me, to pay for my luggage. I told them the person that booked me said I get free luggage, which I only had one. This wasn't the truth. She also told me that I get a free meal. This was untrue also.

The baggage fees are twice the cost of the airline ticket. There are No Deals Here. Check the baggage fees before you fall for this Fake Deal :(

I have not figured out how this company has such high reviews. They are a "bait and switch" company. They do not honor the prices shown on their website. When my online submission was not completed I called. I was given a price over $200 more than online, plus many excuses. This was not a single experience, but several times over two days. One employee "Neal" said their website was not working properly. The next one said it was fine but quoted me over $200 more than the WEB.

I tried to book a flight. I waited over 15 minutes for the confirmation and finally had to call customer service. The rep told me that the price had gone up over $100. Don't trust this company. It's a scam.
