A gentleman by the name of Brian handled my ticket -- and a situation that occurred during the booking. (The airline changed its fare and the class of service that was being offered, just as he was issuing the ticket!) Part of it involved a nonrefundable clause in the conditions, along a fare change, and it wasn't easy for me to accept...and I'm sure it wasn't comfortable for Cheapskydeal or for Brian either. But he dealt with all of it in a thoroughly professional manner, whilst always being very courteous and kind as well. Because of the incident, including the care that he showed, I will be using this company again. I trust its integrity, and I'm sure now that it will consistently deliver a high degree of honest service. Thank you, Cheapskydeal!
