Richard helped but felt there was a catch when I had to call. And the the price went up call took to long

I had issues with my ticket confirmation. I called the help line, but they were busy. Nonetheless, 30 minutes did not pass, and David Briggs called back. He was very kind, explained all the changes and charges that were to occur in my booking, and helped secure just about the best seats the flight had to offer. Without David’s help, this would have been a very stressful flight. All thanks to him, it was all a breeze.

That is such a fantastic quality in someone working in service or hospitality. Having someone like Richard who genuinely listens, anticipates needs, and goes the extra mile makes a world of difference for any traveler.
