THIS SITE IS A BIG SCAM!! my husband and I were booking a flight and at the end of the booking process a woman named Sarah called my husband and said that the flight we chose was no longer available and that we need to change the day and time we were going to leave and that it would be more expensive. she said she would send me an email with the changes we made and I should email an I agree back to her and I did. she said that it should take twenty minutes to process and I will get an email with the tickets but after an hour we received nothing. so I told my husband I was going to cancel cause something wasn't sitting right with me. I called them back and got Sarah again and I told her that I wanted to cancel the booking and she told me that I can not cancel and because she has the card it would be impossible to do that. I told her that I have never heard off any company for flights not able to cancel a booking. I told her that if she did not cancel the booking I would be getting the police involved. this whole company is a scam and I implore people to not use this company. If I did not trust my gut and read the reviews that looked good but still seemed sketchy I would have lost a lot of money.

The representative who said his name is Neal Jones and said he was a Supervisor, was very condescending, rude, kept talking over me by cutting me off, and cancelled my reservation while I was still trying to understand what he was saying, as he sounded like he was from India. He said that he "received new information from the airline stating that the flight was no longer available and that there were no more seats available". He was trying to get me to buy another more expensive seat, then started becoming rude and angry, when I insisted that I paid a certain price for the flight already. He said that the I would not be covered by the refund insurance purchased unless there was a medical emergency, which was not true. None of it was true. And when I saw that he cancelled the flight while we were talking, he stated that I just asked him to, which was not true, because I recorded the call and listened to it after. I never stated even once that I wanted to cancel the flight because I needed the flight. I called Southwest, who confirmed that he lied and that there were still flights available for that time and date, that I would be covered for a refund for more than just medical emergency. Why is Cheapskydeal.com lying to their consumers to get more money? Why would a stated Supervisor who should have been trained on how to properly speak to consumers and handle consumer calls, cancel the call on their end and then lie, saying the customer asked him to? Then to call back and be told that there are no more Supervisors to speak to people about their concerns? Fraudulent behavior!!Thank goodness I have the full recorded call and will escalate on my end.

I want to aware all the people from the united states or others who have come to USA for work or anything. Do not book the tickets from Cheapskydeal because this company is totally a fraud which is based in India Delhi Ghitorni. I can give the full address and also I can give all the real names of agent with whom you speak and they pretend to be Sarah, Neal, Richard, David, Andrew. They all are Indians operating in a small office with small group of people scamming innocent people increasing ticket price to make their markup. They do give the tickets but they take more from you than you should be paying. Instead you guys can book directly from google flights where you get the exact time to time fare. Don’t make a mistake making a reservation from cheapskydeal. They will say the fare has been revised by the airlines so and so and they will make many kinds of excuses to hold the customer and make them pay double

biggest scam on the internet. advertised price was 100 dollars less than actual price. They blame the airlines and say they have no control over the price that they display on their website. During my hour-long phone call that displayed price never changed. Ended up paying them a $60 fee for them to book for me at American's site. What a waste. Lesson learned. Don't ever use these scumbags.

I booked an airline ticket through Cheapskydeal expecting a smooth process, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The ticket price shown during booking was not the final amount charged — hidden fees appeared after payment it appears on their website that you can pay for your seats which I did. I found out your seat is not confirmed. I spoke to a person with a heavy accent to express my frustration and was told you will get your seat assigned by the airline. The agent said that he apologizes, for the misprint and will contact their IT department to remove the seat selection it is still there so basically, I was robbed for a $105 by this company. I understand that unexpected changes can happen, but transparency and timely communication are essential. Unfortunately, Cheapskydeal failed on both fronts. I will not be booking through them again and would ADVISE OTHERS to double-check all details before purchasing a ticket through this company BUYER BEWARE.

CheapSkyDeal is a complete scam. They advertise fake low prices online just to get your attention, then keep the booking “pending” and force you to call them. Once you call, suddenly the ticket price becomes much higher. Very misleading and dishonest business practices. Customer service was unhelpful and felt like a bait-and-switch operation. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

This place is a scam. DO NOT USE. It should not take over 15 minutes and several phone calls to get an airline ticket. This place is a scam, plain and simple. Just go to the airline website and you can get the same deal, and you have more protections.
