Total scam! They gave me the confirmation pending at $137, then when I called, the price was actually $568!! Don't believe their advertised "price"

I've booked a return home ticket with Cheap Flight Fares yesterday. Everything seemed to have gone right. They sent me a confirmation that stated booking was under process. Checked my confirmation # my information still seemed pending as it was showing that I owed the exact same amount that I have paid for my ticket, despite the payment going through. I called them to inquire what the issue was. I was informed that it was still pending and they will call me back when it's processed. I did not receive a callback. I then called them today. I was informed that I had to pay an additional amount (almost double the amount that I paid). I have been informed the ticket that I purchased is no longer available because the ticket price went up while I was in the process of purchasing it. I did not receive any notice at that time, as it is customary with other online flight companies, to let me know the ticket price was not available. Instead, they took my money and made it seem like the purchase went through fully and that I had my ticket. Now they are telling me to pay an extra amount or it will be a cancelled flight, even though there is nothing to cancel since, according to their sales rep, I don't have a ticket. This is not how a reputable, honest business deals with customers. It's dishonest and not transparent. This is clearly a scam where they lure you with attractive prices and when they get a hold of your payment then they tell you to pay up more or you forfeit your original amount.

avoid it they give you one price them you get a call to inform you that this fare is not correct and they need to change your flight to a diferent day more expensive they are scamers

Booked flight and they called back 5 minutes later and said no longer available at that price and I needed to pay the new rate which was double the price I booked the flights at. Complete scam!

Booked a flight this morning they rang me five minutes after I got an email in my spam box saying it was being processed with in 48 hours they rang and sayed I'd done something think wrong and a payment had not been taking but that flight was fully booked and they could find a new flight and date if I could be flexible! Lying scammers! be warned!!!!!

This company needs to be reported to the BBB they are scammers!!!!!!! False advertisement!!!!!!!! They post on e price on their site and call back saying they can’t honor that price and give you the highest price. Higher than the actual airline itself!!!!! BE WARE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but could not write a review without. Everyone on here is right. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. You book the flight and then yes, they call to say the flight has gone but if you do still want the flight (even though they tell you it’s sold out) you have to pay more. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would give this site a 0 star if i could. its a SCAM, steer clear. They need to be reported to trading standards
