David was great! Very helpful, and got back in touch with me when he said he would. My complaint is I did not get my boarding passes until 3 hour after the 24 hour check in time (Southwest Airlines ) leaving me to be in the last boarding group and the last person to board the airplane. I tried to go into the Southwest app and pay extra to be bumped up, only to be told there were no more spot available.
