Provided all my personal and payment information for the Booking of a couple of air tickets. Got a call back that prices had gone up and I needed to pay an additional 40%... They were insistent on having me change my flight plans. After wasting 5 min of my life I told them to cancel.

Public Warning Regarding CheapFlyingFares SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!! I am sharing my experience to warn other travelers about my dealings with cheap flying fares Based on my experience, I believe this website operates in a manner that consumers should approach with extreme caution. After payment was made, I encountered significant issues with receiving my ticket and obtaining reliable customer service. The responses I received were inconsistent, and resolving the matter became extremely difficult. I never received my tickets from this agency that I paid 5K for, when I called them to confirm my e-tickets 5 days before my departure date, the scammer informed me that my reservation was cancelled, due to overbooking by the airline, LIES and a refund has been processed that would take 7-10 business days, and this was on June 7th, and I've still not gotten my refund from these horrible agency!!! Before booking with any third-party travel website, I strongly recommend that travelers: Verify the booking directly with the airline immediately after purchase. Research independent customer reviews from multiple sources. Pay with a credit card that offers chargeback protection. Be cautious of websites advertising prices that appear substantially lower than those offered by airlines or well-known travel agencies. My concerns are not based solely on my own experience. Numerous recent customer reviews on independent review platforms describe similar allegations, including delayed or missing tickets, last-minute price changes, refund difficulties, and poor customer support. These are allegations made by reviewers and should be evaluated carefully by prospective customers. My purpose in sharing this statement is to encourage consumers to perform thorough research before providing payment information to any online travel agency. Every traveler deserves transparent pricing, timely ticket issuance, and responsive customer service. If you believe you have been treated unfairly by a travel agency, consider documenting all communications, contacting your credit card issuer regarding dispute options, and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

They are definitely a scam. I’m supposed to fly out tomorrow and I called the airline directly because they been giving me the run around. They have no reservations for me and they keep saying they will call back and hang up on me. DON’T USE THEM

This company scammed my credit card. Not only did they advertise one price and request a higher price, but they then took my card and ordered Apple.com items, chipotle, Wawa card reloads, and others. This is the last email from me to them and them to myself: After speaking with your representatives every day since 11/14/2025 and still not received my tickets I have no choice but to dispute these charges. I have asked for a supervisor to call and 2 days in a row I was told the supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. I have yet to be contacted. I will also be going higher with my complaint as this is unacceptable for people to have their money and lives played with in this manner. David was great! Very helpful, and got back in touch with me when he said he would. My complaint is I did not get my boarding passes until 3 hour after the 24 hour check in time (Southwest Airlines ) leaving me to be in the last boarding group and the last person to board the airplane. I tried to go into the Southwest app and pay extra to be bumped up, only to be told there were no more spot available.
