my name is Elmano Evora and have booking reference number CFF1718407303 , they cancel my flight and left stranded in punta cana dominican republic and they sent no email to let me know about it. they are now refusing to refund me 398 dollars. this company is a fraud . i advise everyone to stay away from this company or you will loose your money

this company is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and a fraud. I purchased my flights in May for July vacation for which I was advised by the airline after just a random check on my scheduled vacation that it was canceled due to fraud from the travel agency this company. I was never advised by them that there was any issues with my flights when I brought up the concern I was just promised and promised that I would be given a new reservation that would have no problems and that I will be able to fly on my selected departure date as per schedule. I was giving false expectations and and just told to keep calling one week after the other after the other until I was left oh with a you will get a confirmation the day before your flight which is July 7, 2024 today. which I only got this notification from them because I’ve called numerous times even being left on hold for 43 minutes on one of my attempts which I emailed to the reservation email and formal complaint and I was called by a manager who also stated I would have no problems with our reservation and that he would be calling him me himself on 19 June with my new reservation, which she never did . I was being serviced by a representative called Lucia who emailed me this false expectation of a new flight with the same departure date that I needed of July 4 stated that she would be calling me first thing on July 3 with my new reservation confirmation which she never did. On July 3 today I called over 50 times and was not able to speak to one person. All I was doing was being sent to a voicemail which was never responded to. I sent follow-up emails which I was promised. Oh they would assist me yet. They never did all day Less than 24 hours prior to my flight. Therefore, they tarnished my whole vacation. I will not be able to leave on July 4 as I was expected to my payment was taken out of my card on May 2, 2024. Therefore, I was left with no money and no flight to go on my plan vacation for over two months prior this company should not be used and should definitely not be servicing any clients as they are awful at doing so.
