CheapFlyFaresReviews of cheapflyfares.us

its definitely a scam this website is running! As the other reviews mentioned - once you book a flight, it says the confirmation is pending then after 10+ hours , we get an email that the price changed and we need to rebook it. Then again i tried to rebook, and the story repeated again. I also asked them if i could talk to their supervirsor and he bluntly said no. I WOULD RECOMMEND POEPLE NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this fraud they are running!

I truly want to put a zero DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (Cheap Fly Fares). I booked a reservation for flights they gave . Me a reservation number and everything and then I just call for them To fix my daughter birthday since it requires each passenger birthday and they told me that they have to cancel that reservation and charge me a 1000 more because they said those tickets weren’t available I that price even when I have have a reservation number and everything and they still show In. The website for that price as available as I write this review because they said that the price had increased. Their customer service is the worst They want me to pay extra for flights when the website is clearly saying for the past few days that the flights are still available for the price I reserved for. I even checked again while I was speaking to them they did not solve my problem at all and even when the tickets are available they keep saying they need more money this is a scam business the BBB should investigate.

If I could give this place zero star I would. I agree with the rest of the bad reviews. Me and my friends booked six tickets each separate and they called us all back saying each other names. How did u even know we are traveling together? They called my friend earlier and told her my flight would be cheaper because I booked multiple tickets I call the lady and she gives me the same price she gave them. The entire time the flights are still on the website. As I’m typing this review the tickets are still available for the price it was originally posted for. Scam scam scam

If only there was a 0 star available. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (Cheap Fly Fares). I booked a reservation for flights and they kept being sent back as failed because they said that the price had increased and I would now need to pay $40. more each way for each person. Their customer service is the worst. The employees in question are Simone and "Salvatore Smith", both with Asian Indian accents and did not want to divulge their employee ID's as other websites do. They want me to pay extra for flights when the website is clearly saying for the past few days that the flights are still available for the price I reserved for. I even checked again while I was speaking to the "supervisor" Salvatore, who was very rude. I will be going to the BBB about my concerns and it will be plastered all over social media as many other people have garnered complaints about this company and website.

NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I BEEN TRYING TO BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM FOR A WEEK. THE FIRST TIME MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THE TICKET WAS SOLD OUT. THE NEXT TIME IT WAS THE SAME THING. THE LAST TIME I DIDN'T RECEIVE A EMAIL SO I THOUGHT MY RESERVATION WENT THROUGH. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY SAID MY FLIGHT DIDN'T GO THROUGH AGAIN! AND THE TICKET WAS HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE! REMIND YOU THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FIRST TWO CANCELLED RESERVATION UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! THE REP HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD'VE CALLED SOONER!! LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR POSITION AS THE REP!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE ONLINE SERVICES IF WE STILL HAVE TO CALL YOU!! IT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!!! NEVER WILL I EVER TRY TO BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM AGAIN!!

I recommend not to buy a ticket for them. They post the cheap price and when a customer bought the Ticket, a few hours later they will say your booking is not confirmed and the price is jacked up. They are very greedy. Do not waste your time otherwise you will end up buying an expensive ticket. I made a mistake that I did not see such bad reviews. I agree with everyone that they are telling the truth

I would not buy the tickets with them even if they giving it free to me.. after wait to confirmation 1 day, I call to confirm that my reservation is okay and there is no problems. They confirm me all is okay, and only wait for confirmation from airline... sound me pretty weird... after wait 1 more day I received an email with my reservation CANCELED and now the tickets are $300 more expensive than when i did my reservation with Cheap Fly Fares........ H O R R I B L E

This website is horrible, do not book with cheap fly fares. Last night I booked a trip to Vancouver for a good price and the next day, got a phone call in regards my reservation that it has not been processed due to lack of verification, it’s funny because I gave them all the info they needed but the reps mentioned the airlines changed the fares and now you should agree with the new fares which was $40 more and if not we cancel your trip, and he didn’t even listen to my explanation and he just said ok! I cancelled your flight and you are gonna get an email and hang up on me... very RUDE.... didn’t have a good experience so WONT buy any ticket from this website!!!:(
