Stay away. They don't garentee your flight after you pay. You call and they tell you you can cancel but no refund. Better off going to the regular airline sight and paying more.

This company is a scam!!! They take your money for the so called discounted rate, then the next day they call you and say there are no seats available on the flight unless you pay the upgraded price, which in my case was almost $200pp more. No refunds!!! So you can either lose your initial flight money or pay the extra. What a rip off!!! Terrible customer service

Booked a flight then I got a call that the flights I had booked had no seats, They said I f I wanted to change the flights I would have to pay an additional $267. I said cancel the booking, but they said that's no refundable and they forced me to pay $267 more and change my flight, Don't book with them this company is a Scam.

DO NOT BOOK RESERVATIONS HERE! I definitely should have read the reviews about this company before making reservations. This prices they have online is not as good as it seems to be. They get you with the low prices and then up the prices. I recently booked a plane ticket for a trip to NY and called me regarding the pending reservation I made. I didn’t answer the calls cause I had work and I realize the number that called me was indicated as likely spam, so obviously I would not answer it even if I saw it. I saw the email they send and called the number provided and they transferred me to an agent called Luke Shaw. He said that the ticket I booked was did not have carryon which was expected, but I was thinking of just paying for carryon I reached the airport. But they told me that it would still be impossible for me to pay for carry even at the airport. They also said that the tickets that I bought for the three people going also had another issue with limited seating arrangements. Then suggests we choose a time flight and airport on the same day to travel together. Furthermore, to suggest that my friend would have to travel alone! Like what do you mean I book the ticket and we not flying together??? I said, no we are traveling together and we are also bringing carryons with us. Then he suggested that I upgrade the to the “standard plan” I was confused like what do you mean upgrade to the standard plan. He said it would include carryon and it would be the same time and airport as confirmed before. However to upgrade I would have to pay ~$500 USD more. I didn’t think too throughly and did request a refund. But they said it’s none refundable and that if you cancel it would be voluntary cancellation without any refund. This right here is a SCAM! Like other third party companies are able to provide refunds so what makes your company so special that you don’t offer refunds! I didn’t think too much about it cause, I was at work when I contacted them to resolve the situation. I agreed to pay the $500 to upgrade to the “standard plan” but now because the transaction is not going through the card and they need verification of the card holder. My relative allowed me to use their credit card to book the tickets but they are asking that they need verification. I have never heard of any party asking for verification perhaps for confidentiality purposes or what. I said I would send them the email about it and I did. I had to call and check up on the situation, even though he said you can just send the email and you don’t have to call us back. I called them about it and they said they would process the tickets and would give me a call within 10-15 mins. About 1 hr passed and no call so I call back to check up and they said that the payment is not going through. So you couldn’t give me back a call regarding the situation, like I have to call you back after u promise to call back?! This is ultimately poor customer service! I can also get the feeling that he is annoyed with me as I am in the situation. I try to call to see why it’s not going through on my end and proceed to just wanting to cancel the reservation and GET BACK MY REFUND!!!! But then he said you already paid for half of it and continues to ask me to provide details about the card holder. I try calling them back multiple of times and I am unable to get through to them after that. Like am I being played at the moment! I want my Refund! At this point I’m already stressed and overwhelmed with everything and I have to deal with this too. This is ridiculous!

This company is the worst. They ended up charging us double for our tickets when the price was $100 each x 3. Total “bait and switch” tactic. Told us we would have to be on stand by for 2 of the 3 tickets if we wanted the discounted price. The price we ended up paying was $600 for 3 tickets. Also, we were told we get a checked bag for free, but had to pay $35 each way. We paid $70 in total. This company is a complete sham and would NEVER EVER buy tickets from them again!

NO ONE NEEDS TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will advertise a price that they don’t honor! They will return a call back to you with a scam likely number, knowing people do not answer scam likely calls! They do not reimburse your money back to you and give thousands of excuses and apologies that they try to still sell you a ticket at a higher price now that’s really the original ticket price that you could of just got from the company! I WILL BE INFORMING ALL PODCAST, BLOGGERS, STREAMERS, NEWS, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, CHAIN OF EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES TO MAKE SURE NOBODY GET THEY MONEY TOOK OR GET STUCK IN A PLACE LIKE ME THAT YOUR FORCED TO NOW BY A EXTREME HIGH FLIGHT OR PAT TO STAY LONGER IN YOUR TRIP FOR A CHEAPER FLIGHT WHICH STILL YOUR PAYING FOR ROOMS TO STAY LONGER AND MISS WORK OR A BABY SITTER THAT HAVE YOU KIDS! JUST TO GAIN MONEY TO BE RICH BY USING US! WE HAVE TO STOP THIS BEFORE IT GET TO OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN!

Misleading and Dishonest Booking Experience – Avoid This Agency I booked a flight through this agency and received a confirmation email with flight details, thinking everything was set. Then, out of nowhere, I got a call from their agent saying the seat wasn't actually confirmed — unless I paid extra to upgrade. They claimed the price I paid was "60% cheaper" and that’s why the seat wasn’t guaranteed. None of this was disclosed during booking. There was no indication on their website that I was booking a “non-confirmed” seat or that I’d need to pay more later. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic — lure customers with low prices, then pressure them into paying more after booking. I tried verifying my booking with the airline directly, and it turns out the agency hadn’t even completed it. This was a complete waste of time and a serious breach of trust. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Do yourself a favour: book directly with airlines or use a trustworthy travel site. I would never use this agency again.
