Quick to double prices whenever they think they can exploit peoples desperation. Honestly feel like this company should be shut down for unethical business traits

Terrible company. They will price gouge at will in times of panic or unrest. Their shipping rates are double what other retailers charge, and their sales prices are full retail.

I ordered a magazine from them. It doesn't work correctly. I am within their 90 day limit. I have left three emails requesting an RMA number to do it with. They have not contacted me at all, let alone given me the means to return their faulty product.

This review is about the dealer Cheaper than Dirt sent my gun to. The site it self was actually very responsive and helpful. Worst experience ever. Bought a gun and dealer delivered to was Luke Armory. Guy never answered his phone or email. Never ever use this service or Luke Armory! I finally decided to just sell the gun to him at a loss and then he claimed he would send me paperwork and a check. I never received either and he refuses to respond to my communication so now I’m having to take him to small claims court. What a disaster and waste of time.

Ordered ammo (non returnable) that was in the wrong category on the website. After receiving the wrong caliber ammo and confirming its presence in the wrong category on the website, I contacted CHAT. The chat person simply blamed me for clicking on the wrong selection. Yes I should have looked closer but assumed it was ok because I clicked a specific caliber. The online chat person was not helpful at all and didn't seem to understand that I was merely trying to bring a website issue to their attention. Now I am stuck with ammo I cannot use. The website error was apparently fixed right after I contacted CHAT. A subsequent call to customer service was not any more helpful. They also implied that it was my fault. The lady said she just check and there was no improper caliber as I suggested. I'm not stupid and I don't lie. I wished I would have taken a screen shot. What happened to "the customer is always right" business model. Won't buy from them again..

Worst company ever and they will never get any money from me. Tried to purchase stripped lower and then after a few days I get and email saying “ Hello Sergio, We have discovered some information that would prohibit you from possessing any of the items Cheaper Than Dirt sells. The order has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.” Total BS. I have never had any issues with any other company and there is nothing on my background that would prevent me from buying firearms. They apparently ran some unknown back ground check on me without my permission. I’ve since bought 14 lowers/rifles.... never an issue with my FFL
