Disgusting price gougers during a national emergency! Will not be back!

HORRIABLE NEVER ORDER FROM HEAR THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD THEY DELAY ORDERS IVE SEEN PPL SAY PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THE SMARTEST PEPOLE HAVE POOR GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY WHEN SPEAKING TO YOU, AND SOUND VERY UNEDUCATED ABOUT THEIR OWN PRODUCTS MAKE SURE TO NEVER ORDER UR PRODUCTS FROM HEAR!!!

Do not buy from this price gouging, place they only take advantage of customers. There are many other websites out there. Truth be told they aren't cheap anyway, but they sure are screwing people now.

I recently made my first and last purchase using Cheaper than Dirt. During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, they began selling extremely overpriced supplies ($50 for 500 rounds of .22LR). I thought this was extremely overpriced, but I decided to purchase anyway. A day later, I was able to purchase the same product for less than half the price. I promptly emailed them asking to cancel the order, as the online order was going to take at least 21 days to process (their words). They told me they were not willing to cancel the order. I strongly advise against dealing with this company as they won't work with you. They will also rip you off and price gouge during times of global crisis.

Placed an order for ammunition & received confirmation # for purchase. The following day they terminated my order & provided the following reason via email: "Cheaper Than Dirt has decided to not ship this item to your area due to potential legal and/or liability concerns". My "area" is mostly composed of minorities. I have a FOID card & I'm a law abiding natural born citizen. No legitimate reason(s) for terminating order. Contacted them via email, several days later, no response!! Would have given them zero stars if possible 🤯

I reccomend not doing business with CTD...plenty of better options who choose not to take advantage of price gouging during “state of emergency” situations...

This is the worst company around. Horrible customer service, treats employees like garbage, and the owners have no soul. price gouging, fear baiting, crisis exploiting, p.o.s's. I hope that by the time this crap is over this company is nothing but ash and a bad memory.
