They are happy to take your money and not deliver your package. I've sent multiple emails, called relentlessly during business hours and still have yet to get any response whatsoever. If you like throwing your hard earned money away then this company is for you.

Ungodly prices on ammo. Everytime something in the news happens they raise prices high as they can. Ammo doesn't cost them any more to purchase at wholesale. Real patriotic companies that are for 2nd ammendment aren't all about the Benjamin's.

I would give them no stars if possible these people charged me 238 for nothing I I ordered a lower reciever no no nothing except for receipt for taking my money and a order never shipped I want someone to make this right

Absolutely a ripoff company, especially on ammo, they should be charged with ripping off the public.

horrible customer service. says the price has been increased from what is posted on the website. angry customer service, Ryan, would not even give a civil answer to my question about the discrepancy. I'll shop elsewhere.

I ordered 8 boxes of 9 mm ammo at 10.89 a box on 6/22/20. Saw the order in my account. I noticed the price of the ammo went up to 19.89 a box the next day. For 2 days my order showed in my account, but not shipped. Then it was gone from my account on 6/24/20. Not in my history. The live chat person brennen said there was no history of my order. So I guess I have to reorder. Only now that ammo is 19.89 a box! I called customer service and she told me she saw my order but it did not go thru and didn't know why. She said they could not honor the original price even tho we don't know why it didn't go thru and I would have to pay 19.89 a box. If it was my fault, ok, I get that, but we don't know what happened. That's wrong. I may have to pay more than 10.89 a box this time, but it won't be from Cheaper than dirt. Ever.

Bought 3 boxes of .38 ammo. Two were from Sellier & Bellot that were fine(standard 158 Grain, but the other box I ordered was American Eagle .38 Super Automatic +P Ammunition. No one warned me this ammo is not for a standard .38 six shooter like mine. The ammo diameter is slightly bigger and will not fit into my barrel. CTD will not let me return or exchange the ammo. They should have at least advertised it as not for standard .38 six shooters. Will not be ordering from them again. Now I am stuck with $30 box of ammo I cannot use.

Orders 38p hollow point bullets. Package arrived wet, when I opened the box , the bullets were all loose and wet with the packing paper in the hollow point. They told me the bullets should be fine. My first and last order with them. Not worth it.
