Aug 12 I placed 2 boxes of 9mm ammo in the cart. I went on vacation and returned Aug 20 to find a package of 5.56 on my doorstep. I went online to return this and they said no returns. I said I didn't order it because I don't have anything that will fire it. They show that I did order and I show 2 boxes of 9 mm in the cart waiting for new arrivals. I have 9 mm, .380, and 38 special but don't own anything 5.56. I think they were overstocked and saw an easy way to make a buck by a phony order created the same time I was on the site for 9 mm. And why wouldn't you take back something that the customer can't use! Poor business practices and will stick to LuckyGunner and Ammo.com from now on. This was the first and LAST time on Cheaper site and any of my buddies too after I tell them.

I've experienced their price gouging first hand. I was waiting on a gun to come in and when they finally got it in I was told they didn't have it. A few hours later miraculously it was back in stock! Only this time it was over $1,100 more. Friends of mine have had similar experiences as well. I'll NEVER do business with them again. Nor will anyone I know.

Ordered 9mm ammo. Package never came. Company never answers the phone. Customer service is terrible. Now I'm out over 100 bucks for ammo that definitely was not cheaper than dirt.

Order two 20 round mags for my high point. 9mm carbine a month ago still have never received them contacted the company they said they have no information on my order.so basically I am out of pocket on them and.I see why they have so many one stars look like I am not the only one who never got there order.but I will contact the better business Bureau.and make sure they will be watched

These guys are nothing more than a bunch of scumbags that are trying to get rich overnight with 300% price increase. What a bunch bottom feeders! Let's not forget them when this is over...

These people are total scumbags and are ripping off customers by selling ammo for 4 to 5 times the normal price. While other online retailers have raised their prices, Cheaper than Dirt is double what everyone else is charging. Find your ammo from somewhere else and when things return to normal, REMEMBER these scumbags!

This company is horrible. They call themselves cheaper than dirt, but these clowns are price gouging their customers. Now I understand supply and demand and small price increases but 3-400 % but these people are opportunists are simply taking advantage of a crisis. Will never purchase anything from this company ever again. Shameful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Are you guys serious? Wolf military classic ammo and tulammo 9mm is around $ 16-20 a box everywhere else and you are charging $40 A BOX? Sorry, you pay $40 a box for hollowpoint defensive ammo, not cheap crappy steel cased russian ammo. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This price gouging is ridiculous and you know it. Greedy greedy greedy. I will never be buying from you again and telling Everyone I know to do the same. Shame on you for taking advantage of everyone during this shortage. Also they just decided to cancel a bunch of stuff out of my order because “legal reasons”. I just bought it somewhere else no problem.
