The experience is excellent and what you would expect to experience out of a westin hotel. The staff and location were excellent and you don't feel like you'll be nickel and dimed for everything the other parking garages charge for. I can't believe it took me this long to find it. Thank you for the great experience. You know it's good when the flight crews use it as their parking preference :) Ps: oversized vehicles get free indoor parking since it, ironically, won't fit outside

I had an awesome experience using this facility and would not ever use any place else in the future. Stop looking around and park here.

Upon my arrival the shuttle was there immediately. All of my bags were handled for me from start to drop off. All of the associates were clean, friendly, and polite. The shuttles seemed new, very clean, and spacious. When I returned to LAX, the guy did tell me that the wait time for the shuttle could be 25-45 minutes due to traffic, however, the shuttle was there for me in about 12 minutes! When we arrived at the hotel, my car was not pulled up and waiting for me as I expected. This would be the only thing that wasn't perfect. I waited about two minutes for my car, and the associate loaded my bags into my car for me. Overall, it was a 5-star excellent experience!! I highly recommend and will use them again next time. :)

Fast and easy to use just be aware that after 12 noon they only run every half hour.

This is the type of airport parking all others should model. The staff ie drivers, attendants and cashiers were all so helpful. I parked in self park and the driver not only let me out in front of my car but also placed my bagge in it. My family and I booked a late flight which arrived midnight and aside from a brief wait (16 minutes) they picked us up right away. I would definetly use them again. PS The bathroom is the best I've ever seen.

No wait at all for outbound and return shuttles. And return shuttle was at 1 in the morning. However checkout was a few cents more than confirmed quoted price, looks like facility decided to round up.

These guys are great! I've used them twice through Cheapairportparking.com and will continue to use their facility. The staff is great and I don't have to worry about leaving my car there. It's also the closest parking facility to the airport terminals. I strongly suggest parking here!
