Best service and good timing.

I was really wary, because so many reviews were saying that there were long wait times for the shuttle to and from the parking facility. I am happy to say that we did not experience any issue getting shuttle service to and from LAX. In fact, because we were so worried about a long wait, my husband called the shuttle to pick us up before we got our bags, and the shuttle arrived before our suitcases made it off the plane! He ended up being able to get the car and pay for parking while I was getting the bags, so it worked out perfectly. I would use this facility again.

Was easy to find and park. Garage staff was helpful in parking and getting us quickly to a shuttle. We came back from our trip 3 weeks later at 1am. I called the number and they dispatched a shuttle to our terminal to pick us up. The garage staff was helpful in getting us payed and down to our car. We had to park in a stacked part of the lot and we were blocked in by on truck. Went back to the cashier and he sent some one to move it. This guy literally ran to move the truck so we could go, gave me instruction on how to exit, then ran to meet me at the exit to get me out faster by scanning my ticket for me. Overall good place to park and for the price, LAX lot C can bite me. I will go back to Park Air Express!

Parking at this facility is a dream. No waiting. Easy parking. Quick and efficient and friendly staff

This is the 3rd time we have chosen the Westin for long term parking. The Westin staff are always pleasant, professional and efficient. The shuttle drivers are polite and friendly and always take care of bags quickly and gently. We have never had more than a 10 minute wait for a shuttle in either direction. We highly recommend Westin for long term parking.

Very nice and very efficient. A+ rating from me all around. I'll be back.
