Easy in, easy out
We parked at the LAX Marriott and everything was easy in, easy out. Shuttle dropped is off where we needed to be and picking it up when we returned was equally easy.

No shuttle at the airport
I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, it never came. I called the hotel to find out what the problem was. No one answered.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Right on time. Drivers are very friendly. When we came back from our trip, one shuttle van picked us up and as we're driving away my son realized he was missing one bag. The driver dropped us off on the curve. As we were hurrying up to find the bag one Wally van driver was notified what happened and got our attention signalling us that he will drive around to pick us up. That's something!! Very friendly! I'll use Wally Airport shuttle again!!
