I would’ve given the parking service 5 stars but there’s 2 issues that needs to be fixed. 1) our plane landed 7pm and it took 1 hour to picked us up, the first tram came but was full so we had to wait for the second tram. 2) I was charged an additional $8 for being over the time limit for parking. Being late to leave the parking structure was due to the length of time for the tram to pick us up and the elevator was off or not working because of the time we got to the parking structure. We were parked on the top floor.

Jiffy park was the best, shuttle was on time and the drivers are the best. They picked us up and dropped us off right at our car both times. Will continue to park at Jiffy park every time flying out of Seatac

Professional service. Polite and pleasant staff. No long waits to be transported to and from airport. Awesome to be delivered right to terminal door. Very easy process.

The worst parking lot and shuttle service. Wait was so long at the parking lot for the shuttle I had to call an Uber. Then waited over 30 minutes getting back. There seems to be one shuttle that takes well over 30 min round trip. Every time you ask how long they say 15 min. Even with a reservation, I wasn’t able to park myself because they oversold the lot. The cheaper price is not worth the headache.
