I was very pleased with the Marriott Lakeside parking through Cheapparking. I actually stayed over my first night for an early morning flight. Arriving at the hotel around 1 pm there were plenty of parking places. I parked fairly close to the entrance and placed my sun shield on my windshield. I was gone for 16 days to Europe. Upon my return during a terrible lightening storm, the baggage ramp was closed for four hours. Upon getting my bag 4 hours later, I called and already knew traffic outside the airport was reported to be terrible, but I was collected by the van at stand 40, within 20 minutes or so. My car was in perfect condition and I was on my way an hour north.

A parking lot really only has three things it needs to do. Allow access to a spot when agreed, provide some level of security while parking and allow you to leave when the agreed time is up. I gave a one star because cheapairportparking.org failed to allow me to leave as agreed. The LAX Marriott charged me additional money at the exit gate to leave their lot after I had paid in full to the parking service. When I contacted cheapairportparking.org, they told me to contact the hotel to resolve my problem. Must be nice to collect money for parking and abandon the customer service portion. The LAX Marriott parking and shuttle was great. The LAX Marriott customer service resolved my issue. My suggestion, book directly with the hotel or use another service. Cheap airport parking.org will not help if you have problems like I did. A total failure on their part.

My reservation was canceled without any notification. I luckily saw a credit back to my account or I would have shown up with no active reservation. Rates have now increased and they have been no help booking me an alternative option.

I showed up very early (just before 5 am) and was enthusiastically greeted by the attendant. I was a bit nervous about the timing in terms of checking in for my flight but they assured me I'd be fine. And I was. The shuttle came within 5 minutes and the driver was very upbeat and considerate. On the way back to the parking lot, I waited a total of 2 minutes for the shuttle. Maybe I got lucky but all the employees are very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that when I put the address of the parking lot into my GPS (Waze in this case), it kept pointing me to a building and even though it's listed as '105 Airport Parking', the actual title of the lot is 'South Bay' as is the shuttle branding. I drove by the parking lot a couple of times before I called to confirm that it was indeed '105'. So the titling and signage of the business needs to be more clear vis a vis the address, my two cents here.

This company does not stand behind their rates. We were given a rate to park in Park-n-Go at MCO. We returned as scheduled and Park-n-Go charged us about 10% more than the quote. When we showed the attendant the email receipt that showed the balance due, the attendant said cheapairportparking.org only gives an estimate of the total cost so it was not a guaranteed rate. When I contacted the company, they "passed the buck" and didn't stand behind the pricing. I will never use this "service" again.

The shuttle service is super fast, around a 10 minute wait no matter the time. I had an amazing experience, I will always use this service!

I have used this CheapAirportParking service a few times and I haven't been disappointed. Very prompt and professional service!

I’ve used Cheapairportparking for years and never had any major issues. I love it and highly recommend it for short and long term parking. I will continue to use it during my travels in the future.
