Bait and Switch
I am very upset and I’m hoping that you can do something to rectify this problem. I made my reservation and prepaid for parking online with Discount Parking FLL through your website on September 7, 2022, which is 3 1/2 months in advance. My reservation number is EE757173. The prepaid price total was $89.85. At 11:40 AM today Lisa Adams from CheapAirportParking.org sent me an email informing me that Discount Parking FLL requested she cancel my reservation. Her email gave no explanation as to why she was cancelling my reservation other than Discount Parking FLL requested she cancel it. I am online right now and Discount Parking FLL is still taking reservations for the same dates and times as my reservation. The difference is they now raised the cost from $89.85 to $233.94. This is appalling! I prepaid for my parking and I don’t believe that Discount Parking FLL can simply cancel my prepaid reservation and continue to accept new reservations at a 160% increase. Please look into this.

Shady do not use
Shady. Their website asks you for your travel time which i providee. Based on that they charged me 2 full days despite the fact i was staying barely over 1. We were 30 mins early for our travel time and we were charged $10 despite already being charged 2 full days. Will never do business with again Edit then I should not have been charged 2 full days when I clear stayed far less. This is a shady tactic and you know it. I already provided the name in my several emails and your represenative failed to address my issue and told me to take it up with the parking lot

Hello De Syk, we do not ask your travel time but rather the time you need your parking stay to start and end. This is an industry standard and the information is needed to know how long you need the parking space for. Unlike hourly parking at the airport, off-site parking is not charged by the hour but rather a daily rate. Most parking lots offer a grace period of an hour or so but if you go over, then, you will incur another parking day. Unfortunately, we do not have control of how lots handle their grace periods. If you provide the name of the parking lot you reserved with, I can do my best to improve the experience you had with us.

PURCHASER BEWARE
I booked parking at orlando airport for 9/8-9/13. Total was $43. I could not get to my destination on 9/8 due to airline problems so I had to cancel my trip entirely. I asked for a refund because I had to cancel due to no fault of my own. Response from cheapairportparking "Your reservation has been cancelled and your payment less cancellation fee of $24.95 was refunded". How much refund am I getting, $18.07!! Never again. Purchaser beware of this company. Their good reviews come from folks who are happy with the parking experience, not cheapairportparking!!

Hi Debbie, I apologize that you are not satisfied with the refund amount you received. We understand that same day cancellations are not always the customers fault and things happen. This is why we at least return a portion of the reservation cost when customers cancel on the same day. Our cancellation and refund terms are transparently printed on every reservation confirmation. In this case, you did not cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation was scheduled to begin therefore we could not give you a full refund.

Great parking experience
Great parking experience: all excellent: shuttle, parking lot, friendly employees, ease of pick up and drop off, price, and they gave me a water when I left! Love it!
