Buyer beware! I subscribed to this platform before fully understanding what it was and once I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for (within a few hours of signing up), I requested a cancellation for a refund of my one-year subscription, somewhere around $100. After a week of silence, they replied that they incur a cost when someone signs up for their service, somewhere around they cannot refund me a dime. Absolutely criminal. Engage with this company at your own risk.

Searched for Claude and for some reason got link to this. Took me a few minutes to realize it's somewhat sketchy and then I realized that it's not actual Claude.

I would give zero stars if I could. I clicked on this after looking for Google gemini, and thought that was what I was paying for. I paid $90, and when I asked for a refund after making the purchase in error, they offered no refund, stating that they incurred fixed costs from the transaction. If they had wanted to withhold $5 to cover the fixed costs, that would have seemed fair to me, but in no way were there fixed costs close tothe $90 they charged me.

Subscribed by mistake - wrote to them immediately - Answered after 21 days that they are not willing to give back the money. Completely unreliable. Scam!!!

Garbage. A total scam and you won't get your money back. These people should be sued.

I do not recommend this service. I purchased a subscription by mistake and requested cancellation and a full refund. The service was not used. Despite this, the company repeatedly refused to issue a full refund, delayed the process, and failed to respect legally required refund deadlines. Their responses relied on internal policies instead of applicable consumer rights, were evasive, and ultimately stopped altogether. Based on documented communications, I consider this behavior dishonest and conducted in bad faith. I strongly advise others not to engage further, to keep all communication documented, and to avoid doing business with this company.

pay by mistake, and asked refund within 5min. but they rejected refund. worst company ever. only way I can get my money back is ask bank for cancel card pay.
