They have been charging my card for six months without my knowledge and capital one will not refund the fees. I never signed up for this services or would ever need this service 100% scam

This is a click bate scam pretending to be Claude and I have cancelled subscription. Just look at the reviews on here that’s all you need to know this is a massive scam and they should be shut down by the authorities as it is a criminal organisation paying lots of money to be at the top of add and Google should be ashamed of themselves for promoting a clearly criminal company based in Pakistan. The world has gone mad allowing these companies to rip off unsuspecting people with diseptive practices. Sign up for 1 euro and then we don’t tell you that you just subscribed to 29.99 euros a month for a service I did not use and now requires a lot of effort to get a refund and block them. This is a shameful situation they’ve clearly been doing this for a long time and the authorities are allowing it to continue.

Absolutely not worth the money. The support team uses endless delaying and deceptive tactics to obstruct a simple refund, wasting your time. Even aside from the terrible customer service, the platform itself is not worth using due to its restrictive credit threshold. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
