Hello Peter, glad to hear the communication was smooth from start to finish with your flight. Our team works hard to make sure you have everything you need and to address any issues that arise. While we cannot do much about the weather, we are glad the crew was able to adjust things accordingly. Thanks for flying with FlyCFG. We look forward to seeing you again.

Hi Ashley, So happy to hear you enjoyed working with David. Our top priority is to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. We are so sorry the group was disappointed with the catering. Please note the catering prices are set directly by the catering company and not by us here at FlyCFG. If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We hope to work for you again soon!
