Pleased to hear, Josh and our team were helpful throughout the booking process. Our team is available 24-7 to ensure you get timely responses as needed. Sorry to hear the aircraft pedigree did not meet your expectations. Due to the configuration of the aircraft there are some seats that don't recline as far as others. Josh has already relayed your concerns regarding the reclining features to the aircraft owner to ensure all seats are functioning and repaired if necessary for future flights going forward. Unfortunately the change in schedule and decision to stop in AZ were out of our control, given that we are at the mercy of government agencies who control customs and the ability to arrive back from international trips. The stop in AZ was chosen by aircraft operations in order to obey FAA regulations. We appreciate your understanding regarding these matters.
