Booking process was easy and efficient
Booking process was easy and efficient, especially considering the nature of our changing schedule for our flight needs. Aircraft was clean, appeared to be well maintained and comfortable - perfect for our needs in this case. Pilots very professional.

Hi Andrea, Thank you for your response and feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of the aircraft. During the booking process our team provided multiple aircraft options at various price points and departure times. Immediately upon receiving your feedback our CEO inspected the plane to ensure it was up to our quality standards. I’ve included a video link below of the interior of the Learjet 60 you recently flew on with everything showing in check. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to connect and discuss your trip in further detail. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yMIIZxEwgYvTm60Wx8nPuGU0oIdl7g1q/view?usp=sharing
