Terrible service and product ordered a light cardigan came after a long time and far too many emails prior to delivery which was substandard without product care label. After a lengthy number of emails they finally gave a return address to send back with no promise if an actual refund to China! Ridiculous ! Never order from this site !

Poor Quality Shoes and Disappointing Customer Service I purchased two pairs of shoes from Charlotte Saga, and unfortunately, neither pair was worth the price I paid. The overall quality is disappointing and does not meet my expectations. The cream-coloured sandals are extremely lightweight, feel almost like paper, and have very little flexibility. The other pair is also disappointing in terms of quality and value for money. What makes the experience even worse is the return process. When I requested a refund, I was offered store credit and then small partial refunds. To receive a refund for the sandals, I was told I would have to pay to return them to an overseas warehouse in China, which could be very expensive from Australia. They also stated that the original shipping fee would not be refunded. I believe customers should be able to expect reasonable quality for the price they pay, along with a fair and practical returns process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying shoes from this store. Please research the products and return policy carefully before ordering. I would not purchase from Charlotte Saga again.

Easy to find, easy to navigate, had the exact product I was after.

Very easy website to navigate

So far, I have found the experience of purchasing a garment very easy and straight forward and got confirmation of my purchase straight away by email. I can't comment on the quality of the garment as yet as I have not yet received it, but hopefully it will be as nice as it looks online and good quality and if so, I may be tempted to by another in a different colour.
