I ordered a pair of kids headphones with this company after taking more than 2 weeks I hadn’t receive an order confirmation or any contact. After a complaint they sent a confirmation and an item out - a pair of baby headphones that were a different brand colour and size to what I ordered. The package arrived damaged and was poorly packed too. After contacting them they offered a 50% store credit and I could “keep” the pair of pointless unordered and unwanted items.

Do not buy from this website - its drop shipping knock off rubbish for which they will take your money, not deliver the product and you'll never heard from them again. They used to go by another name, but have rebranded because everyone knew they were a scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Product not a described. A catalogue of disasters, initially delivery took in excess of three weeks. However, when my electric grain mill arrived it did not have instructions and was in a very battered box. I contacted the company asking how it was to be used and they asked for photos, which I sent. I was then assured my question had been escalated. I did not hear from them for another three weeks so I chased my enquiry. Following several exchanges of email when they insisted on videos and photos, I was finally sent a blurry photo of instructions. The advert says you can select the grain size, however, this is not the case more just eyeball the size you want. The advert is misleading. Charlotte Saga have made no attempt to rectify this and I am left with a useless product, out of time to return and out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
